Dude… We’re Lucky to Have You
While St. Patrick’s Day is all about the "luck of the Irish," we know that finding the perfect property or closing a deal takes more than just a four-leaf clover. In the world of real estate, we feel like we’ve struck gold—not at the end of a rainbow, but in the incredible community of clients we serve.
We don't believe in leaving your success to chance. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned investor, your trust is the "pot of gold" that keeps us motivated every day. This March, we want to take a moment to look past the green beer and parades to express our genuine gratitude for you.
Why we feel lucky to have you:
-
Your Loyalty: You choose Bizwala in a competitive market, and that’s a win we never take for granted.
-
Your Vision: We love helping you turn "lucky finds" into lifelong homes and smart investments.
-
Your Partnership: Real estate is a journey, and we’re honored to be your guides.
We’re raising a pint (of something green, perhaps!) to your continued success. Thank you for making Bizwala the luckiest team in the business.

Did you know?
Queen Liliuokalani was the last of Hawaii’s royalty to live in the only palace in the U.S.A. Iolani Palace, the place of her abode, was fitted with the most up-to-date amenities, including electric lights, indoor plumbing and a modern communication system. The queen succeeded her brother upon his death on January 20, 1891. However, her rule was short-lived as she faced opposition from the Committee of Safety. Ultimately, she was overthrown and was later convicted and sentenced.

Real Estate Tip of the Month:
Your down payment is the first part of your home's purchase price that you pay at closing. Your mortgage lender pays the remaining balance. A down payment can be up to 20% of the home's final price. If you put less money down, your mortgage lender will typically require you to get private mortgage insurance (PMI) on the loan. That can save you money upfront but increase your monthly mortgage payment and total interest costs over the life of the loan.
