Dude… I Got Lucky in Real Estate
Everyone wants to be the person who gets lucky. And this concept can apply to so many things. But one area that many want to be lucky in, is the world of real estate.
One way to have real estate luck is by finding an agent who really knows their stuff. Most agents will do a good job, but then there’s that one agent who goes above and beyond.
Another way to have real estate luck is in the area of a property’s title. Many titles can have problems, such as a lien or an inheritance claim. One would have to take the steps to quiet the title. So, by finding one that is already clear and marketable… is a stroke of good luck!
A third way someone would have good luck in real estate is by securing a loan with a great interest rate. Now, this is more than luck, because factors like the buyer’s credit score play into it, but it’s still very lucky to find that perfect home mortgage loan.
So now it’s clear that there are many ways to find good luck whilst making your way through a real estate transaction. There are other ways you can be lucky in real estate; this was just to name a few. Now that you’ve heard some of the possibilities… Good luck in your real estate endeavors!

Business Feature: Tacos Jalisco. Tacos Jalisco is a delicious new Mexican restaurant that just opened in the Puna Kai shopping center in Pahoa. Featuring the same extraordinary cuisine as their taco truck, found in downtown Hilo. This place is one of my new favorites! Their food is delicious and the staff is always friendly.
