Dude… I Need To Do Repairs Around The House

In order to sell your home, you will want to do repairs around the home and make sure everything is in top working order. When doing this, the most common home repairs that should be treated as a priority are mold and damp areas, since they can have a direct impact on your home's value if left for an extended period. Damp areas can cause long-term damage if ignored, and may make your home unsellable. Next you should focus on appliance repairs and plumbing issues. Other things to fix would include: securing a loose floor board, silencing creaky floor boards or stairs, sealing drafty windows and doors, repairing a door that sticks, tightening loose handles, unclogging a dryer vent, and so much more. Once you get your home in top working condition, you will have an easier time finding an interested buyer.

Useful Tools to Utilize For Repairs:

Set of screwdrivers, A claw hammer (useful for pulling nails out as well as knocking them in), Medium-toothed saw, Steel measuring ruler, Level, Pliers, An adjustable spanner, A nail set, Craft knife, Drill

Real Estate Tip of the Month:

Get Preapproved. When you’ve cleaned up your credit and paid down your debt, you’ll want to get preapproved for a mortgage. Preapproval is a valuable process for several reasons. Firstly, you’ll know how much you can spend. And second, most real estate professionals won’t take you on as a buyer client unless you’ve been preapproved, because it’s only then that they can make offers on your behalf with confidence.

Business Feature:  Ning’s Thai Cuisine - Pahoa:
This place is a good stop for some authentic Thai food, close to home. They were closed for a while, but now they are open again! Their food is always delicious. And when they say something is spicy, they mean very spicy! I would recommend the Pad Thai, but on a lesser spicy scale. The people are always friendly, making this place a good choice for our feature!
