When you have a really good agent, you will know it, because they will often go above and beyond to meet their client's needs.

So if you have had the luck to interact with an agent who is knowledgeable and experienced, give them a shot out and some praise. Being a real estate agent is a challenging position, and they would appreciate the appreciation. If you’ve ever had a bad agent, then you know how priceless the good ones are. A stalled $4 billion Maui wildfire litigation settlement has been propelled forward by a Hawaii Supreme Court ruling today.
